Users recognizes that Create in Place is a collection of creators that are able to create in content in their own home with access to only to the talent, locations, props, crew etc that they have with them currently at their homes.  Create in Place does not vouch for the health and safety of the environment or are the responsible for the content that is created.  All commissioned work agreements are are between the client and the photographer. Payment to Create in Place is made only once a photographer or videographer is hired by a client.
